Good morning! Welcome to our new campaign website.
I'll keep this message short, but I wanted to take a moment to greet you personally and thank you for stopping by. In an effort to increase transparency on this campaign -- and because this campaign is about you and the future of Columbia and not about Steve Benjamin -- you'll be hearing from lots of different voices on our campaign blog and not just from me. (As much as I could get used to this blogging thing, there are lots of Columbians to meet, lots of ideas to discuss, and lots of events to attend!)
We'll be posting new content on the blog frequently, and I hope you'll take part. We welcome your ideas about how to use this space in a meaningful, productive, and engaging way. Over the coming months, we'll be introducing different opportunities for you to get involved in shaping the campaign and, more importantly, shaping the future of our city. I'm looking forward to it.
Talk to you soon.
